Required Documents
1- Original high school diploma + (5) copies.
2- Original birth certificate (recent extract) + (5) copies.
3- Student nomination card (final).
4- Proof of passing the aptitude tests (artistic – musical).
5- (8) recent passport-size photos (with the student’s full name written on them).
6- Military service form (Form 2) for males + Military service card (Form 6) for males born in 2001 and earlier.
7-Copy of the student’s guardian’s national ID card + copy of the student’s ID card.
8. A utility bill (electricity, water, or gas) showing the student’s current address.
9. Tuition fees for the academic year: 851.5 Egyptian pounds.
10. A plastic folder (with a snap closure).
How to obtain your student ID
1. Complete the medical examination for the preparatory year student.
2. Obtain a payment authorization from the Student Affairs office.
3. Pay the required fees at the college treasury and obtain a payment receipt.
4. Submit a copy of the payment receipt along with a personal photograph to the Student Affairs office.
5. Receive your student ID within one week.
